1.可測試各種交直流、電流、電壓、中間、自保持, 信號等多種單個繼電器及整組繼電保護(hù)屏，可測試各種繼電器的吸合電壓（電流）值,釋放電壓（電流）值，各種觸頭（常開、常閉、

轉(zhuǎn)換、延時）的吸合時間和斷開時間，均自動測試三次并儲存數(shù)，并自動計算三次均值的返回系數(shù)且打印,

可重復(fù)顯示及打印測試結(jié)果。

2.可方便地測試重合閘繼電器的各項參數(shù)。

3.采用了的計時基準(zhǔn)(１０微秒)及長達(dá)999秒的計數(shù)器 ，所以可單獨作為毫秒計取代傳統(tǒng)的秒表。
